Help with edger calibration

Can anyone recommend an individual or company that can come to our office and run diagnosics and re callibrate our Essilor Kappa Edger and tracer.

It seems to be acting up all of a sudden. Things like cutting the OS smaller and when running the polish it leaves scuff marks.

I am in Houston, Tx.

Run a calibration on the tracer using the metal sizing thing-a-ma-jig that comes with the edger,and that should helpwith sizing issues. As to the polishing, have you cleaned your polishing wheel lately? If not, use the grey cleaning stick and clean it good, including the V bevel area.
