I went as Fezz last year.......What a mistake! The entire neighborhood ran me out of town with fire and pitch forks!

One year we went door-to-door in the neighborhood carrying a regular door (an inside, hollow door is light)... we'd go up to a house, ring the doorbell, then place the door in front of their door... there was a Post-it note that read, "Please knock".

The neighbor would knock, we'd open our door, say, "Happy Halloween!", compliment them on their costume (no one ever had one on), then let them pick some candy from our candy bowl we carried, too. It was surreal for them & provided for lots of fun laughs.
