    Has anyone ever used the software from IOT (Indize Optical Tecnologies- Spain) for freeform PAL design ?

    I haven't used it, but I have seen it. The lenses look good and they can be privately branded. I would look at it and see if it will fit into your business.

    I have a pair on order in an 8 base wrap for myself; it may take me a month to get, but they are on order. The logic makes sense so far and they were designed by a non optical person so they might be very good.

    I've been saying that for years. Some of the bright young geniuses that work for the lens compnies are too book smart.

    It shouldn't take that long, check with CCSystems and see if they can hook you up with someone to get them quicker. CCSystems is the US distributor for IOT.

    CC systems does still provide both sales and support for IOT products here in the States, but with the rapid growth of digital surfacing IOT wanted to put another team in place here to work in concert with CCS to spread the word about what IOT can do and is all about!
