I took a moment to make a quick spreadsheet that will automatically transpose Eyeglass Prescriptions and also convert multi-focal Rx's into Single Vision near only powers. This is very handy for new opticians but also for a fast way for experienced opticians to check their math. I will happily share this with anyone interested.
I have it saved in both Excel and OpenOffice formats.
