Progressive sunglass rx issue

Od +0.75 -0.50 x180
OS +0.25
Add +2.25

Customer sees blurry when she looks straight into the distance and when she tilts her head down and looks through the top of the lens it's clear.

Also when she places the glasses lower on her nose she sees clear but it's a uncomfortable position.

Initial heights were taken at 19 but a recheck was done at height turned out to be 25.


P.s. The depth of the frame is 49

She thinks the reading portion is too high, the fact is it's almost 6mm lower than it should be.

What is the solution????

The fitting height is incorrect. Redo the lenses and put them at the appropriate height.
