Need Sheets of Fesnel Prism

We are looking for sheets of Fresnel Prism. They are going to be used for marketing purposes. We need them to be about 3"x5" or we can cut them down ourselves. All I have been able to find is the press-on that are already pre-cut for eyeglasses. I have already contacted 3M and they are unable to help. Anyone have any ideas?

Edmund Scientific. They sell the stuff in sheets, squares, rounds and various other shapes. Also in different qualities.

A quick search didn't show any fresnel prism stock. I would need the stuff in diopters up to 30D for hemianoptic use.
