I called the Costa rep and after leaving 3 messages telling him I want to open an account, I finally got a call back. When I told him I wanted to open an account, he asked my "WHY"--He then tells me he has enough accounts in Birmingham and he can't open another.
Anyone have this happen? We have a huge practice and pay our bills on time.....:hammer:

Costa has alot of accounts with a huge stock of frames in which some type of verbal or written contracts are formed. This way they can be exclusive dealers. I hate this... The lab I work for believes in being fair and equal to all of our accounts, and we pride ourselves on this. I like the Maui Jims and ever growing Wiley X. Good luck.
Nice looking product. However I don't like that your taking Rx orders direct to the consumer. Right there that would be a deal breaker for me.
7eye has just introduced two lines of "ECP only" frames. No online sales for these, and no big boxes either. They are really trying to listen to the dispensers, and to give them two innovative and profitable product lines...all for the professional only. As an investor, I'm anxious to see if the support from the ECP community materializes...hope so. Would appreciate it if you'd have a look, and let me know what you honestly think....bh
