· Build up a full service cutting edge new technology Free-Form lab with AR coating and glazing.
· Production priorities with production schedule and coordinate activities to obtain maximum efficiencies.
· Responsibilities include analyzing optimum work performance.
· Tracking of failure rates, and implementation of corrective processes
· Six Sigma Black Belt accreditation required.
· Based in the Dallas, TX area
