There is actually a chart that you can get off of here that has all of the progs and their markings. I actually prefer using it to the prog identifier book. Someone else probably knows where that is.
Here you can get a good lens manual: http://www.framesdata.com/. They'll probably want you to get a subscription to their frame catalog called FRAMES, oddly enough. Their lens catalogs (two/year) are good, but they're probably pricey w/o a subscription. Check with them and see (pardon the pun).
The OLA has a good PAL identifier: http://www.ola-labs.org/i4a/pages/index.cfm?pageid=794. It's expensive, too, of course.
An OLA member lab might get you one at a discount, but if you don't have access to a member lab, that option goes right out the window, so to speak.
Not familiar with an identifier off of OptiBoard, but wherever it is, it's bound to be good. Eric0703, you've come to the right place!
