can I ask why it didn't work for you? Was it the difference in how the machine operates or was it a maintenance/repair issue?

It's The maintenance/repair issue, we're not sure what's wrong with it. It was a wal-mart machine and it froze up mid cycle. The screen is not working, we actually bought this machine for $1800 at an auction believing it was a running machine. We then later traced it to wal-mart who then told us the machine had froze up mid cycle. We then contacted Santinelli, and their response was to simply buy a new machine and that they would offer us no technical support regarding this edger. There was recently a thread on OB that was asking about tracers. I don't think that people realize how many different types of machines WM has dumped out there. I've seen many of the auctions and have been tempted, but there has to be a reason why they're so cheap...

A friend of mine locally owns a auction company that has done a number of WM auctions - they've had major complaints about the optical goods and of course Wallyworld is unreasonably willing to be unhelpful to provide better descriptions of the equipment.
Sorry you got a lemon - the 7070 is a great machine. You could check with Vision Systems Inc on possible repair options - they sell a ton of them.
How much do you want for it? I like lemons.

Well, we paid 1800 for it... I would like to atleast get my money back, and as far as the shipping that'll be as soon as I sell it. :hammer:
