Nidek Lex 1000 and ICE 1000 Comm Settings

Hi,

Does anyone know the settings to connect the lex 1000 and ice 1000 together via serial cable?

I understand there are some advanced hidden screens. And before you ask why, the rep who is miles from us asked me to get some configuration settings before they ordered us some spare parts and now the units don't want to talk to each other.

BOC? not sure what you mean but I guess the company we purchased from. So no and no. I would rather not say as I really have nothing good to say about them

Wow.......you could not have dealt with Joseph then. He is a wealth of information on all Nidek/Santinelli machines here is Aus and is always helpful.
I will send you a private message with his details so you can call him, and hopefully he can help.
But I believe you will need to press the Menu button and go to the parameters and select system as Mini-Lab. Not sure of any other settings that may need to be altered, but hopefully this will get you on the right track.

Other than that try Joseph and see what happens.

Well thanks very much. you were 100% right. What a nice guy plus had me fixed in 2 minutes flat, only took that long as I had to transfer the call to the lab.
