Recommendations for autolensmeter for production facility

My lab is looking to buy a few new autolensmeters. We were using the Humphrey and liked the model. Since that's no longer an option, I present this question to you.

Here are a few of the requirements:
Must be able to handle high production load; spotting 400,000 lenses per yr
Must be "inspection friendly"; reads prism, pd, firm table for checking vertical imbalance
Calibration procedures must be "operator level"
Would be convenient if lensmeter had a uv/tint spectrometer

    Thanks, Wes

I looked at every one out there (as of last year anway) and none even come close to the Humphrey. The dotting mechanism is the weak point of most of the units out there for production applications. I would try to get a couple refurb units.

Have you looked into the Visionix AV4000 lensmeter? Works with innovations if you have it. Not sure whether the cost of the unit is worth it if you cant link back to your orders.
I have just taken control of a trial unit, and so far so good. Just trying to figure out the allowances. It is a bit slow and lightly intolerant (maybe I just gotta get used to it?), but gives a simple yes/no to the operator to know if job is within spec or not.
It’s so simple to be wise. Just think of something stupid to say and then don’t say it.

Yes, I'm a blasphemer I know, but I work with a bunch of "lab techs" and I can't be everywhere...
