I just bought a used B&L lensometer but the ink tray is in terrible shape. I tried calling Innova and other distributors but nothing. I can't find any parts anywhere, only light bulbs...
Does anyone know where I can order one?

Are you talking about the roller and cover, or the well assembly itself?
This is a start:

I will post more after I get done my rant about the BOGUS sunglass sponsorships and the winter *GAMES*.
I may have a well assembly, don't know if the roller is there. I will look tomorrow.
Contact a fellow Optiboarder, Opticlabrat {Leo}. His company supports Optiboard and they are well respected by the Optiboard community. He may be able to help. Here is a link to their lensometer page.

In Canada, the CSO VTR A3 is handled by B&H Optical in the Belleville, Ontario area. They may aslo have parts for the old B&L 70 . Their website and contact info is : http://bhoptical.com/
It looks like a Model 70, but is it?? I found it here http://www.csophthalmic.com/english/...ter/index.html
I have a B&L 70 I got from Fezz & it has an ink well. I bet i can can get it copied by a friend who is a machinist down at ASU. I'll ask him.
I had a make shift ink tray while I look around or one. It consists of a lot of odds and ends, but it is holding up for now...
UPDATE:
I ordered it from http://www.themachineryworks.com/. He was a great guy to deal with. He shipped out the parts and even suggested other parts that I would probably need to change as well (the spring). In any case, if someone has to order parts for it, you should give him a call (I can't recall his name but he was very helpful).
