Arno Optical Part #PA-SADL or PA-SAAI, they don't give sizes so I don't know which is the closest equivalent to the bridge you want. The two bridges are pictured in the catalog on page 3 in the center column:

arno is what i was going to reccomend too, though i have a different part number in my catalog.

15mm - 205-chr-15-d
17mm - 205-chr-17-d

or for gold substitue chr for gld
