You might try Lombart. They seem to be able to fix about anything. Especially since we got "the letter" from Zeiss that the 5015 won't be supported any longer. Haven't had many issues with mine though. Good Luck.

Another company that I don't know if they deal with Humphrey product, but we've had good result from on repairs in the past is RH Burton.

I've actually found an easy way to "calibrate" a unit is to carefully take it apart and clean any of the optical parts. Then they just work. I've personally gotten rid of several error messages with different devices this way.

Use advice at your own risk... just a thought.

EDIT: and I thought RH Burton closed down a few months back. Did someone end up buying them out or using their name?

Burton said they can't do this item to call humphrey. This is getting crazy! The unit reads good, except both axis are off 90 '. strange......there has to be an indivdule or componey out there that can calibrate this!

    Yes!

    I just spoke to them.

They bought the Burton name, phone number, web page, equipment, parts, etc. They kept some of the techs and do the same refurbs, repairs, etc.

There isn't a calibration CD. There is no way to put into de equipment. Dis your instrument showed a error message? Or just the measure is wrong?. Do you have the schematic eye. The equipment measure is out of range of the schematic eye?. Let me know and I will try to help you
    Regards
