    Anybody need anything?

I've still got a ton of ultrasonic cleaners, frame rods, clips, hand tools, glass showcases, slit lamps, keratometers, and extra arms for stands.

Need anything? I really want to move this stuff out of my warehouse.

The Gucci should work. It's to lock up the Cazals in the other office, this way we loose the whole collection at once versus piece by piece.;)

I have no good lensometers left, and the showcases might be a little awkward to ship.

    Hi,
I would need 5-8 acrylic display rods that hold 10 to 12 frames. Do you have some available?
    Thanks,
    Danielle

No, it doesn't. I've sold the 6 that had the baskets. Sorry, I'm still wading through the PMs. I'd prefer to ship to cont. US only.

I've got 11 of them. They all look about the same. They're black. Some (most) are B&L, a few Topcon, maybe some other brands but I'm not sure.

They're used, so they might have a few scratches on them. They all work. I don't have time to take pictures of pliers, keratometers, slit lamps, etc...

Once you've seen one, you've seen them all.

Actually, I'll be in NYC next Wed, Thurs, & Friday. I could meet you down by the wharf and we could do like a cloak and dagger type, cash deal.

Or, you could leave a bag of cash by the street lamp in Central Park, and I could leave the keratometer under a bush.

Seriously, I'd be happy to sneak on through security and deliver to you.

What type of rods are these?
I know you don't want to take pics, but do you have a link to a similar model somewhere?

They're the 3/4" acrylic rods with the detachable clips. The clips are small trays that the eyewire sits in, so the frames face you, the temples protrude to the back.

The advantage of removable clips, is that if your stock is low, you can take some off and nobody is the wiser.

Some people mount them on slat board, which I think looks really dated. We make two mounting "slats" that the rods mount into. When you install them, you only have to attach 4 screws to the wall. When we painted our office last year. (We show 650 frames on the walls) it took us less than 10 minutes to take all the displays down, and we didn't have to remove a frame. We took the entire displays down, intact, put them in a back room, and when the paint dried, put the 4 screws back in and were ready to go.

The slats can be made in any specie of wood including mahogany, oak, maple, cherry, or anything else you can think of. We can even install them if you live someplace warm, or can barbeque.:bbg:

We did complete offices using this type display for fellow Optiboarders MountainHeart, Eyegrass , and a ridge runner from North Carolina. We've also set up these displays in Salt Lake City, Ut., Cleveland, Ohio (3), and Chagrin Falls Ohio.

For the money, you can't beat them.
