Help! We have one account that sends back 5 or 6 poly lenses monthly that are stress cracked. They say the lenses are cracking "out of the job envelope" or at dispensing or shortly after the customer starts wearing them. The account refuses to believe it could be their cleaner or ink remover as we have suggested, and think "it is the way we are edging." Meanwhile we are losing their confidence. We are extra careful with sizing their lenses. They are NOT cracked when they leave our facility. SUGGESTIONS ANYONE?!?!?!?!:angry:
