Where in the hell is the logic in this medicare bill? Opticians always have to post this $50,000 surety bond yearly to post medicare claims.Ophth and Optom do not unless they fill outside Rx's. Who is in the pocket of this bill? We should be up in arms and filing a lawsuit. I don't usually get envolved in the useless things that we can't change, but this is ABSOLUTELY UNFAIR and I would like to hear from some of our OD/OMD's why this is not so. By the way , if anyone wants to start a fund for this suit , I am in for $100. If we all chip in, let's see.
