Chris, I would fire yourself from the marketing dept.

Where are the pics? Link? Shortcut to the video on your site?

Why arent they embedded here? Why do you make the customer do all the work?

Micro tints might be convenient but the work required to find them is not.

Customers are lazy, take the extra minute and advertise it in a well packaged presentation.

    ---------------------------------------------------------

    How To Micro-Tint.

Place 1 pair of cut lenses into Micro Tint basket strainer, no lens holder required, into lens conditioner

Leave basket for a minimum of 20 second in conditioner. You can leave it any amount of time longer,

Heat dye in Microwave until it starts boiling and remove immediately. If the dye has been stored in the container stir with a spoon to bring pigments settled at bottom back into solution.

Remove basket from conditioner, rinse under water and place into hot dye. Place dye in container on tray into Microwave and reheat until boiling starts. Immediately open door and remove tray with dye.

You can now lift the basket and check the lens color. It will now have about a 45% absorbtion level. re-immerse the basket into dye and recheck after another 60 seconds. The lens is now tinted to 70% absorbtion. The longer you leave the lens the darker it will get. If needed reheat the solution.

The Perfect solution for the small lab...............you go from cold to hot in a minute, and tint in seconds. Heat only the dyes you need.

The only investment is a micro wave oven and a sample or starter kit special.
