    Spectical Certification Exam Payment

Hey so I mailed off my registration and payment. Problem I found is that my payment was in cash and not money order. Haha at the time I thought that money order was the polite way of saying CASH. Will I get in trouble for this?? I'm pretty worried about this...

Curious question, even more curious spelling (unless the OP is not English fluent)

Makes me wonder about the state of "newbies" if they cannot correctly spell one of the most elementary words of their chosen profession.

Money order is the polite term for saying cash? WT...

Please clarify exactly what you have sent money for. It wasn't a fax from Nigeria that urged you to do this was it?

His other posts say he's from Denmark, so he just might have misspelled. Maybe sending cash in the mail is not as stupid there as it is here.

You won't get into trouble, but there's a good chance you won't get into the exam either.

On the other hand, folks that are connected with the optical testing profession are known to have morals and ethics beyond reproach, so you might not have a problem after all. (Keep us posted)

Oh, and it's spelled o-p-t-i-c-a-l, but don't sweat it, even if you say ptcailo, we all know what you mean.;)

Wow some of you are assholes. I misspelled spectacle and get crucified... If you don't want to help me out politely please do not respond to my thread. I do not appreciate it and I find it very disrespectful. If I wanted this kind of treatment I would go to 4chan for it.

It was for the ABO exam(to get certified). They don't take personal checks and I don't have a credit card. Before that I have never heard of a "Money Order". My co-worker told me what it was and I could get it from a bank. Anyway I thought it was the same thing as cash. Lesson learned. Have a nice day.

    Close please
