It seems to me lately the board has been sluggish in responses, page load times, and posting lately. Anyone else noticed this? We recently upgraded to 16 Mbit service and the rest of the web is very speedy.

Fine here too, I'm on comcast. It may be your DNS, check your hops and get back to fezz with the results. :p

try this...
start -> Run -> type "cmd" and press enter.
type in the black dos prompt
"ping optiboard.com" and press enter.
what are your times?
then try in the same dos prompt
"ping 65.38.185.38" and enter.
What are your times?
I am finding that some Optiboarders are slow!

This is one site I can count on to always be up and running like it should no matter at work with DSL or at home with Comcast. A lot of other sites run slow for me though which I sometimes attribute to the amount of advertising junk they have to load up on the page to keep them afloat.

I got 61Ms. Seems OK from here.
29ms here. I guess its the computer here that is slow, not the net.

82MS here, but my DSL line is string.;)
Optiboard seems fine to me. Also, pinging a site doesn't tell you anything whatsoever about how long the site may take to load and function in your browser.
