stigmatism glasses really needed?

I recently paid for a full exam including the retinal photos because I have been getting headaches everyday for a couple weeks. All my family wear glasses but at 39 I have had no previous issues. my exam came back as..

reading

sphere: od +.75 cylindar -1.00 axis 75

os +.75 cylindar -.50 axis 92

other eye same as above except spheres were PL and under add she had put +1.00


The glasses will cost me almost $300 but if it's not causing my headaches I'll need that $300 to help pay for an MRI. Any advice on weather I should actually purchase the glasses or not? Single reading pair vs progressive or nothing and get an MRI. My retinal photos showed round retinas and no problems with anyhting else.
