Ok, so all morning I've been trying to talk to someone about getting stock lists and price lists for finished lenses. So what do I get when I call?? Answering machines. Don't these d---d dumbies know that they could sell more product if they had a human answer the phone?? So maybe I'll call China direct, at least they answer the phone (some even speak English).

Are you calling too early in another time zone? We only use four or five labs for various things and to be honest I have never gotten anything but a human being when calling during business hours. A few weeks ago I
e-mailed two vendors asking for catalogs and price lists. So I didn't talk to anyone but I recieved what I asked for, one next day and the other within a week.

so far i haven deal with such high tech supplier yet. maybe you can direct contact your rep so he or she should be able to get you what you need.. or is it the phone line get busy at certain time so they divert the call to answering machine? just try again later.
