I am attempting to finalize a Lens Description File for our lens inventory. It is asking me the radius of the lens. The lenses are all .8mm plano, and on base curves 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10. How can I determine the radius of the lenses? Thank you!

Measure the fronts with a lens clock. The lens clock will probably give you curves in 1.53 diopters (most do). Divide 530 by the curves you measure.
If you don't have a lens clock, use the marked curves. The result will probably be close enough for any use to which that number will be used in the context of finished planos.
E.g., the radius of your 6 base plano is approximately 530/6 = 88.33mm.
