Eclipse gerber blocker problem

Hi!please I need someone able to help me to find solutions for this problem:angry::
Lower LCD display (menu display) on the eclipse gerber blocker lights up with a beep, the following error message appears: "Driver A system error halt” on the small screen of the eclipse and it’s impossible to access in setup if we want to.

Have you tried calling Gerber?
Open the case and check all wire connections to make sure they are seated properly. There really is not much else you can do yourself. If all connections are seated properly, then you are likely looking at a board or processor problem. You should call Gerber, they usually help with problems even if you did not buy the unit directly from them.

Ok! We called GERBER and they sent us tow cards CPU and VIDEO

Réf. : CPU (SBC 82610 REV.A2-RC)+CRT/LCD ROM.DRIVER.LEVEL A.00)/ECLIPSE LX 295052 VER.A.07/VIDEO BIOS 251762 LEVEL A.01

With these cards, if we light up the machine, the Lower LCD display (menu display) lights up just a little (just a small white light)..Without message, no Beep!! And the target display doesn’t light totally.
When we connect an external display and we disconnect the Lower LCD (menu display), than we light up the machine we have the Beep with a message: « floppy disks fail (40) presse F1 to continu, DELT to SETUP ».
We note that we can access to “SETUP”...
If we press F1 we access to a screen of preheating reservoir and chiller (temperatures), the temperature rises until 127° than the system block and we have a white screen! So, no operation is possible on the system and we can’t use the keyboard … the system is on “Bug” totally with a white screen!
What do you think about this?

Hi.. have you changed the software chip? the board GC sent you will not contains this,, you neeed to take it from your old board and replace.. be careful when inserting as the pins are easy bent..

with the new confeguration sent by Gerber, the main menu appears on the external monitor but the small lower and target display does not show anything ...!

just a low light...!!
