Just wondering what percentage of breakages would be in the norm in full service lab.

How many jobs do you run a day? are there more surface breakages than finish? if so, at what part of the process are the problems occuring. Do you have the more up to date equiptment?, or older edgers, generators, blockers, etc. Is your staff well trained? or fairly new to your lab?. It depends on all this, as to how much is normal or to much and you need to do further training or check the calabration on your equiptment.:)

Our goal is 1%, but we have been averaging about 1.5% for the past 2 or 3 months.
