    Question Nikon Lensometer

    Hello all, hoping someone can help. I have never worked on a lensometer and I have a older model Nikon EL -76 that suddenly won't turn on. I'm assuming it is the bulb, but I can't find it to take it out. On our other lensometer is was easy to find and remove, but this thing has me stumped. Anyone out there know anything about this model.

    Thanks :hammer::hammer::hammer:

    I have a Nikon EL 7 and was told when I bought it that it didn't take bulbs.

    15 + years of service without any problems.

    Does it have a glow stick or do you just face it to the sun?

    Are you able to contact your Nikon sales rep or the service depot at Nikon USA? They're usually very helpful.

    Regards, M:)

    Probably gummed up with old ink. I doubt there is a "lock"? Depending on the ink use hot water or acetone and try pushing them in and out and they should free up.
