Confused High Index, transition flat top bifocal availability

    HELP!!!
What is the highest index lenses available for transition flat top bifocal?

I have a patient 57 yrs old with following RX
    OD -4.00+0.75x180
    OS -7.00 DS
    Add +3.00

Patient wants the lightest flat top transition bifocal lenses. (We already selected a pair flexon titanium frame with very small lenses size. So, there are no need to discuss frame weight. We also rule out PAL lenses possibility. Patient has disability, so separate distance and near is not a solution either.)

Any suggestion other than Vision-Ease poly, Younger trivex and Kodak InstaShade?

Are there such product in 1.66/1.67/1.60 high index? Where can I order them?

All helps are highly appreciated by me & my patient.

You can get a TRO seg from 3 rivers in any material you want. I think a flat top will only go up to 1.60 index in transitions.

The TR"O" seg is a rnd seg that is almost invisible. They can grind it in to whatever transitions blank or any other lens blank for that matter. Looks like it goes to 1.67 index. I know you were asking about flat tops, but your patient may prefer the near invisible appearance of the TRO seg. Don't get the blended seg.

We did a set of those for someone once in 1.60 index Trans. She loved them and when they darkened they looked like the single vision they started out as.
