    Spring for Elasta hinge

So much for Mr Nice...I disassembled a hinge from my stock frame to repair a patient's hinge thinking (stupidly apparently) that I could order the inner spring from Safilo. I guess you can guess the rest...

I'm looking for just the inner spring on the older style Elasta hinge (this one is on an 1126). The hinge is a big, bulky assembly with two screws that can be removed to get inside. I know you have all been heeding Dragon's post and looking thru your oldies box - if you have one and can help out, please PM or email me. Thanks.
FEZZ, I'm assuming you can safely ignore this post ;):bbg:

I have a kit full of the parts too. I wish all their hinges were repairable like the old ones.

Still got the repair kit for the Elasta 1, 2 and 3 series...

The others in my office make fun of me for not throwing things out. But just a couple of days ago I replaced a vespel plot for an elasta.

Anyone know where the "vespel plots" got their names?

Are you a pack rat when it comes to this stuff?
