ABO Masters Thesis

I'm brainstorming ideas for my ABO Masters Thesis. Is there anyone out there who has a topic that might be interesting? I thoroughly enjoy the technical aspects of optics and would love to delve into something that is somewhat complicated for the purpose of simplifying and presenting a practical application of it in my paper. Anyone with any suggestions? It would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks.

Here is one I have been interested in:

- The effects of UV. It has been studied to death, but we are all talking about 100% UVA and UBV blockage to 400nm. What is the real effect of someone wearing slightly less? If I wear 98% with 320nm for my whole life, will there be actual damage?

Rx changes by the Dr.- what are the causes? Is it patient inattention or lack of balancing the Rx binocularly or time of exam? Diabetes or medications? etc.

Optomized, customized, or as worn Rx's... How we can: 1 Get all 3 O's to better understand and accept the theory and science behind it. 2. How to measure accurately and efficiently the needed parameters. 3. How we can best set the right expectations for the patient/customer before the purchase and improve sales.
