    Question Premier Lab

I am buying The Gerber Premier Lab and am very excited. I would like to ask if anyone has any suggestions for set-up and operation. I would be very interested in the opinion of any one who owns or works with it.

Weve been using the Premiere Equipment for about three years now with good success. I think a lot has to do with how well the equipment is maintained and the experience of the operators. Make sure the generator is kept clean, we do alot of poly and that stuff gets everywhere inside the machine and under the hood. Small pieces of poly can cause problems with the motor that turns the chuck, make sure it stays clean under the hood. Also its a good idea to keep a towel on top of the finers to absorb any water that could seep down the inside of the front panel and short out the board. We have two locations using this equipment and between the two of us we average 100 jobs a day with no problem.
