    pupilomter repairs required

I have four (4) Essilor pupilometers that need to be re-furbished for student use. Anyone have the necessary know-how/parts to do this or contact info??

Perhaps you should leave the pupilometers behind and move forward to the industry leading CyberEYES Digital Dispensing Solution. Check it out at www.cyber-imagng.com

I think that a pupilometer may be a little less expensive though!

Excellent point Fezz but as I'm sure you've noticed in the journals, the digital revolution is growing at a very rapid rate. Be assured that once a patient has the CyberEYES experience it'll be difficult to get tham back to the pupilometer and pd stick.

And perhaps you should check your client list. You will find that I and my school, BC College of Optics, have owned the Cyber-Eyes system for over a year now.

Also I wrote a letter to Cyber-Eyes some months ago that still remains unanswered. Perhaps you can look into it? I would have PM'ed you but you apparently have joined OptiBoard without that feature.

Hilco Repairs them. If one is teaching opticianry one should be able to do this. Usually prying the covers off the hidden screws , disassembly and cleaning also looking for loose wires etc. and checking accuracy with a ruler will suffice.
Teaching repair of same would probably be a good hour or two to include in the curriculum.
