Falling of Lens

Is it possible that lens fall from eyes by just with the movement of retina from left to right or something?? I came across one case, it was having such problem. Till which extent it is possible and what are the cautions to be taken for that??

Huh? Spectacles should not even move when the *eyeball* (retina???) rotates!

I think the man is talkin about the crystaline lens within the eye. Doubt if any non traumatic event could cause this.
