You're only makin 199 gallons per year, right Fezz?
My beer is ready. It needs several weeks to mature, but its so hot right now I find myself dropping a couple bottles in the fridge, then bottoms up. The colour, smell and head are really nice, but I have a slight bitter unfinished flavour, and a slight Yeasty taste, both of which are much less noticeable when the beer is very chilled. I expect some improvements over the next few weeks, if I can keep from drinking it all before then. The kit was purchased froma supermarket for $13, so I hope I'm not holding my expectations to high. We're also drinking my peach mist wine, which is excellent, but never did clear 100%. I don't know what the filering options are. Are there any gravity filter systems available? What else is there?

Mine are empty at the moment. Shame. I should be taking advantage of those cool lagering temps in my basement.
I started drinking a batch of three spice lemon weisenbeer this holiday season. My guests were urging me to take orders.
Started brewin a West Coast Pale Ale tonight.
Steped up my game bro, got a smoked porter force carbonated. One month total from cooking to drinking and I have a holiday ale in the fermenter. Beer on tap at home I don't know how I did without.:p
