Which Email programs are you using?

Hi -

I'm thinking about switching to a different email broadcast system...I send one per week to my database - about 3000 patients - with a few active autoresponders for recalls, birthdays, and special events...

constant contact can't do autoresponders...and icontact is getting too big for the small fries...

any suggestions...

The best ones are web based, and deal with all the unsubscribes and bounces for you. I have a client with a position similar to yours, and basically the databases is exported back and forth to synchronise the online data with the offline data

So long as you can export to a excel or CSV file, there are a multitude of online mailing list manangers that can be uploaded and installed into most webservers
