Lab Technician looking for a new home...

I have been a Lab Technician with [a certain optical chain] for a little more than 4 years. I know that's not much compared to others that have made a career in this field, but I love what I do and I'm very good at it. I have been a supervisor for up to 5 other lab technicians, so if there is a job opening for a Lab Manager, I feel that I would be up to the task. I am hoping to leave this company because they are unwilling to supply the equipment we need to deliver the high quality of work our customers deserve. I'm very big on putting out quality work, and this company is not making that easy. The lab I've been working in is a full service lab, running surface and finish jobs including tints. No experience with AR coaters yet. We typically turn out around 200-250 jobs per week, depending on the time of the year.

I would prefer to stay in Arizona, as that's where my family is, but I may be willing to relocate for the right job.

You really should not sign your name after making those remarks about ECCA. They will work very hard at finding out who you are and make the need for a new job more urgent.
