    I'm a little scared to let Ya'll know but...

    Just searched Google and U-Tube for: Silicon mould making and resin casting. There are so many instructive sites there in simple written and video form. I am kicking myself for not having gone there before. If you ever want to make custom frames or duplicate a part exactly you can find out how here.

    I don't think so. There is no master born in any technology. Even if it looks simple it needs time and money to achieve any useful product.

    Remember this thread , and then ask Chip in six month from now how far he has gone in this matter and how many useful projects he has achieved and saved lots of money.

    So don't worry about the public, they can figure that everything is easy to do, if you have the expirience and knowhow.

    I played with one at an engineering convention that is made by Zcorp. Lotsa fun!! Should be able to use it for some frame manufacture. Don't have a link.
