Need Help Identifying "very" Unique Frame

Customer wants to replace these broken frames with same type. Said he got them a few years ago, still has size and Made in Italy markings, but brand name is worn off. Any ideas who makes these ?

Im not sure what brand those are, but if the patient wants something similar, I would start with Cazal...They have some pretty unique frames like that.
    Hope it helps

My vote is a Cazal. I would ask if these were purchased in the US or elsewhere. Even if you could determine a model number/name, if they were purchased outside the US it will be slim pickens in obtaining a replacement.

They wouldn't be Cazal, they are all made in Germany. But, they sure have the Cazal look.
