Confused Anyone know how to set a set size?

Working with an Essilor ProFilm M and my finish set size keeps getting smaller and smaller. The manual doesn't say how to correct it so I was wondering if anyone out there in Optiboard land knows. Thanks!

Check the tension belts on the machine. If they are loose you may need to replace them. It is a bear to replace those belts. I think the elite has them as well as your edger. The tension belts do affect size and as they get stretched or are loose the size will be affected.

    Good luck

To change the set size, turn machine on (do not initialize) with the machine still beeping press the top left key pad (bevel selection) and the bottom right key pad (lens rotation, I think) at the same time. The sizing screen will change to the letter "A", press the "+" button below the screen until you get to the letter "C". Then press the bottom right key pad and this will now allow you to set the size for each wheel and each finish edge (roughing, bevel, rimless, controlled bevel). If you need more help, leave me a PM and I will call you.

    Good Luck!!
