Do any of you use an imaging system to compare frame selection?
Which one do you prefer?
Do you feel it has paid off?
Thanks

I was GM at LC while they tested the EyeWeb system back in 2004. It has software that you could compare color contacts as well as take 3 images with different frames for a side by side comparison.
The bad part is that you force them to select one, and doesn't help sell multiple pairs.
People don't like to see pictures of themselves. They prefer to look at a mirror. The mirror's picture is inverted, but the photograph obviously isn't.
Lux pulled back all of the EyeWeb systems after 18 months and didn't invest in the technology.
Great observation! I never really thought about it, but you're right.
We had one, and after the kids got a hold of it and broke it, we never repalced it. It got in the way of the presentation, and you spent more time with the machine than with the customer.
