Sarah Palin Frames

I finally have a request from a patient for the exact frames that Sarah Palin wears. It's the first one. I have found that it's the Kawasaki 704 but don't know how to get to it. Has anyone tried and found that it is avalaible? If so, where?

You can't. It comes from Itallie. But they won't sell to just anyone.

Not to mention they're backordered to oblivion. I've found people are really interested in them until they find out the frame alone is over $400.

Try Sillhouette. They have a style very close to the Kawasaki.

that's what we did. We used a Silhouette Envisio chassis and used Harry's photoshop pattern and had a pair made up. We've sold 1 so far.

Very cool! I didn't use his template, I found one that is very similar. Have you seen to the new 20/20 mag this month?

Sorry to drag this topic up from the proverbial bottom of the pile...but I've got a pt interested in the lens shape Palin wore in her Kawasakis.

Don't need the frame itself, just the shape. Preferably a pattern.

Any of yinz happen to have or might could make such a beast and throw it in the post to me? If not, no worries. But figured I'd ask. :)
