    Help with retinal camera!

Okay, so I can't call tech support, as it's after hours, and I can't find the manual or anything about this in the help files. So I turn to you guys:

We have a Topcon TRC-NW6S camera, and the error code I'm getting is: "Nikon D100 Interface LIbrary --- Failed to select Nikon D100 as the source"

It was working all day and now, nothing. Anyone know what to do?

I have a Canon, so not sure how to go about helping you. Have you tried turning everything off and back on?

Whenever I get an error about the "source camera" it usually means I forgot to turn things on in the correct order...but you've been running the camera all day so that can't be it.

Bah! We're closing now anyway. Oh, well, I'll let 'em sort it out in the morning.

Perhaps a dumb question, but did you make sure all of the cables are on tight and didn't get disconnected? It almost sounds like the computer can't connect to the camera.

    Exactly my thought.

Even if they are tight it definately lost communication. Turn off computer, check for loose or broken cables and restart the computer.

The regular person is here this morning, and she says it's happened before.

Y'all are probably right - it must be something simple.
