Kindle Question

I've been looking at buying a Kindle...the initial cost slows me a little bit ... also only seen it on line.
Any of you have one yet?
What do you like/dislike about it?
(I'm assuming some of you have time to read!)

I purchased one a few months ago and used it for about a month. I gave it to my grandson. It is a pi$$ poor implementation of a book. Its expensive, content is expensive and can't be shared without hacks. Some day someone may get it right.
