help professional forum missing

so I go online and Optiboard looks different, Where did all these ads come from? my profile no longer shows me as a gold supporter and I can't see the professional forum any longer. Help please.

I'm wondering if your "subscription" period ended?

I think if you check your "user CP" it will tell you ... ???

I paid $30 on my credit card on June 13 for my next 3 month subscription. I'll see if I can figure out how to contact pay pal if your sure it isn't something on this end.

My reoccuring subscription expires today- I was sent a request to update my info which I did but now they can't send again until August 3rd. I went to all the trouble to become verified with Pay Pal and I think they are very carefull when they have your checking account info. We'll see what happens on the 3rd!

I went on pay pal and seem to only be able to check 30 days of activity so since I paid mid june I can't see it. I guess I'll wait a few days to see if it goes through if not I'll have to contact pay pal and find out what is going on.

Harry, for some reason PayPal said your payment did not go through. They said they would try to payment through again on Aug 3, 2008

I checked and there is no payment for $30 on June 13th or the days before and after. If you get any more info, PM me.

Steve, last year, I thought to save future hassles, I went through the process of being 'verified" by pay pal. What they do is get your checking account number and then you can pay for stuff with an e-check. On a reoccruring subscription, they want you to verify that you still have the same checking account number a year later. I didn't find this out until the payment was rejected.When I corrected it they said they couldn't do anything until aug 3rd for what reason I do not understand...but that's what they said. I can still go everywhere I want but I miss having my gold supporter upfront. I probably won't be able to afford it when I retire so I want to get all my licks in now!:D I don't want people to think I'm not supporting our board is all.
