Confused Anyway to import patient info into a cms 1500 form filler?

    HI,
I signed up with gateway edi, I dont have practice management software and I dont want to purchase any, unless under $500. All I need is a way to fill out the cms 1500 claim form and batch it to gateway edi clearinghouse.
OK, found one, speedyclaims.com, and it looks good except my dilemna:
I am going to do the billing from home, but I wanted the secretary to at least type in the patients addresses, dob, to save me some time and then I can finish the claim myself at home.
But how do I get the information from the office into the speedyclaims software database?
They do have a flashdrive version but I would have to drive back and forth with it.
So if there was an online cms form filler I could access the database from home and work, does this exist?
    Thanks, Karen

Haven't used that exact one but the ones I have used(looking for a new one) all have the ability to "save" an unfinished or finished form. I went as far as having a saved form for each insurance so as much was filled out as possible. Of course when you do that you do not save the added information when asked but the stuff that never changes stays. You must have a save feature.
