International Vision Expo East 2008 Attendance Increases
Audit Reveals A Rise in International Eyecare Professionals

(Norwalk, CT, May 30, 2008) – The recent International Vision Expo East in New York increased its attendance by 3% according to Exhibit Surveys, Inc., an independent, third-party audit firm for the exhibition industry. With total audited attendance of 15,791, eyecare professionals gathered to see the newest fashion trends, preview new products and procedures and take part in unmatched continuing education at one of the industry’s largest conferences.

International attendance was on the rise from the America’s particularly Canada, Mexico, Columbia and Brazil. European attendees from Italy and France benefited from the strong exchange rate of Euros vs. the U.S. dollar.
