Hardly use Comfort since Physio came out. The benefit of the technology in the 360 version of these lenses is more apparent in a higher Rx. At least this is what our lab has advised. One of our docs is a -6.00 and he swears by the difference in the Physio 360. I have an Ellipse 360 at -3.00 and I'm still not sure if it's better or I imagine that it's better. I don't yet sell very many 360 lenses.

I have an Ellipse 360 on the way for myself. Hope it answers this question for me as well.

I can't imagine it being a huge difference except maybe for a narrow group of RXs.
