    86 silhouette minimal art?

    Hi all,
I'm considering selling off my silhouette minimal art and replacing it with the Avada collection. Has anyone else done this? I think sticker shock has impeded my drilled rimless sales ( I do about 4 a month) and I don't have enough board space (small dispensary) to warrant having both.
If you carry Avada are you pleased with it ?

    thanks!

TMA's have been one of my best-sellers for years; I recommend you keep them. The cost is high, but my personal frame is 4 years old, is on its 4th set of lenses, and rarely needs adjustment. If something costs 3 times as much, but lasts 5 times as long, the customer is money ahead. And if your service headaches are reduced, you're ahead of the game too. Quality counts.

You might want to keep your best selling shapes and colors. You can mix and match the demos as long as you put a sticker somewhere that tells you what you have done. You can also sell off your demos (keeping in mind they are not warranted ) to patients at a closeout price. Or yes, you can trade them out for a new model. We had a rep come in on monday from another frame company. He asked how the Minimal Art and Space were doing. I said "I think they have run their course in popularity but we still sell maybe one a week. While he was there we sold three, so you never know. The over 60 age group still loves them.

I've sold many different brands of drill mounts, and I have to say I find Silhouette to be the best design out there. In my opinion, if you're gonna do rimless, do it right. Otherwise, you'll be fixing one a day (and probably have more lens breakages also).
However, I'm not familiar with the line you mentioned.

Thanks everyone for the replies, I think I'll keep the silhouettes.

    Appreciate the help!
