The numbers for accreditation i'm getting are twice 3000 plus.
If any solid info makes it my way i'll post up.
Good news. Though Bush tried to veto this measure as part of a greater Medicare reform package, the House and Senate just passed legislation that will now block this requirement temporarily.
Hopefully, it will be redefined in a sensible way before it is formally reissued.
