Rayban has a couple models that are nice quality. The two that I carry are about a 53 eye size.

Kishimoto line from Global Optique in New York.
We've never had a single breakage on that line.
Two weeks ago a plant manager came in with his that had fallen out of his pocket and gotten run over by a 6000 pound panel truck. Bent them up, but no breakage either on the frame or the Trivex lenses.

Hello,
I am Jony. This is my first visit to site.I am new to this site, but I’ve enjoyed posting in your forums.Kishimoto line from Global Optique in New York. We've never had a single breakage on that line. Two weeks ago a plant manager came in with his that had fallen out of his pocket and gotten run over by a 8000 pound panel truck.Thank you very much and Stay connected with me.
We use the Marchon AirLock rimless. They don't seem to loosen as easily as the Silhouette frames.
Are you looking for rimless only with plugs? How come only with plugs?
Minima and Kazuo Kawasaki use plugs... kind of.
I've had no luck with nut/screw mounted four-points. They always seem to crack around the hole.
Well, you could also go with Lindberg because they don't use nut/bolt/screw, it is glued in.
Why would you want another product? Can you not source Silhouette? The product is superior IMO, widely copied/aspired to, yes, but if you can get it, use it. Your clients would appreciate them, not the copies.
Historically, we have seen copies/me-too products ruin the good reputation of concepts. I cite the Carbon-fibre frames...first ones launched were a great quality/strength. The copies were cheap cr@@ and broke easily giving the good ones a bad reputation.

We've been using Lindberg for 3 1/2 years now and have had zero problems thus far. I have had my own pair that long and also try to only use trivex. I have gotten rid of all my plug style rimless frames in the office, as they have been nothing but problematic. Only sell Lindberg and Swissflex now.
